About the Role
We are currently seeking an outstanding educator to join us as Learning Leader – Mathematics. In this leadership role, you will guide curriculum innovation, inspire teaching excellence, and nurture a team culture rooted in curiosity, compassion, and high achievement.
The Learning Leader – Mathematics serves as part of the College Learning Leadership team and works inside and outside of the faculty to innovate and improve student outcomes across the College.
As Learning Leader – Mathematics, you will:

Lead and oversee curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment practices in Mathematics across Years 7–12

Inspire a collaborative, high-performing team of educators who embody our values and mission

Foster a learning environment that balances rigour with care, challenge with encouragement

Promote student agency and academic growth, while modelling and mentoring best practice

You will play a key role in shaping a culture where students flourish — not only as learners but as human beings driven by curiosity, courage, and purpose.
The Leadership tenure is until the end of 2026. The successful applicant gets a permanent teaching contract with an 18-month contract to serve as a leader.
