We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Quarry Operator to join our client at Penrice Quarry. This role involves working the afternoon shift, offering an attractive pay rate is $35+Super+overtime. We are looking for operators experienced in operating excavators, front-end loaders (FEL), and dump trucks. Your responsibilities will include hauling raw feed, loading road trucks, feeding the crushing and screening plant, and performing basic maintenance tasks. To thrive in this role, you should have a strong commitment to safety, enjoy collaborating with a small team, be adaptable and approachable, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental practicesComplete pre-start checks on equipmentOperate mobile plant and equipment efficiently and safelyPerform basic housekeeping and maintenance of quarry equipmentConduct plant and process inspections
QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES
Proven experience operating heavy mobile equipment is essentialBackground in quarrying or mining operations, including familiarity with safety management systems, is essentialStrong commitment to safety and qualityAbility to work effectively within a small team and adapt to changing tasks

Day shift role$35 per hour plus SuperannuationOpportunities for overtime
