About the Role
We are seeking proactive and talented individuals to join our high-performing team on site. Reporting to the Technology Operations Supervisor, this role offers an exciting opportunity to support our Site Operations, Maintenance, and Technology teams.
Working on a world class site, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our communications systems and technologies function seamlessly to support safe and efficient operations both on surface and underground. While this setting is unique and can be challenging, it provides the chance to develop specialized skills and be part of a close-knit team driving innovation in mining and processing technologies.
What You’ll Do
  • Work within a high performing inclusive team with a can-do attitude
  • Support daily technology maintenance activities across the site including communication and control networks
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture aligned with our core values.
  • Provide expertise to resolve priority technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with operational and support teams.
  • Assist in training team members and other personnel to enhance site capabilities.
  • Lead and support initiatives that add value to the business through innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Support production teams in troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Address technical queries from teams, projects, and stakeholders.

About You
Are you a recent Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or similar Graduate looking for a career starter?   • Foundational knowledge of networks (industrial experience advantageous but not necessary) and related equipment.
  • Experience in end user compute, end user services or foundational knowledge of personal computer management and server management
  • Capability to translate user and business requirements into secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience in testing, deploying, and commissioning technology infrastructure would be advantageous (or willingness to learn).
  • Collaborative approach to problem-solving and relationship building.

There are multiple positions across our Surface and Mining operations Teams. These positions operate on 7 days on / 7 days off roster, with flexible options for FIFO (from Adelaide), Drive in Drive out (DIDO/BIBO) from regional areas in SA, or residential arrangements residing in Roxby Downs township. You will be supported to learn and grow in your role by collaborating with experts and teams across the business, ensuring a safe and engaging working environment. We also offer relocation opportunities for the right candidate.
