Company vehicle, mobile phone and tablet provided. You will work on a large variety of customer sites where no two days are the same. Working Monday - Friday, approx 7.30-3.30pm most weeks. Based out of our Winnellie branch you will work on an interesting range of customer sites.
We welcome a range of Trades including all mechanical trades, Electricians and those highly skilled with no trade qualification!

The Role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of CAPS service, spending most of your time visiting our customers on-site, performing maintenance, fault finding and breakdown assistance. Working on a large variety of Air Compressors and Power Generators throughout Darwin and the surrounding areas.
This is a growth position where you will have the opportunity to travel and learn about our extensive product range. CAPS have a high performing team of technical experts where we have the ability to train and develop applicants who demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude coupled with a high-performance attitude.
General Tasks include:
- Regular maintenance and preventative servicing of compressed air systems and diesel-powered generators
- Troubleshooting, fault finding and breakdown response on customer premises and equipment.
- Identify improvements & communicate these to our customers and team.
- You will have the opportunity to work on a large range of air compressors and power generators where every day is different.
We and can train and develop your technical knowledge to work expertly and independently on Air Compressors and Generators.
