Description:
An exciting opportunity to join NAB’s Personal Banking Marketing function (12-month fixed term contract) to assist with the development of world class marketing content and creative assets for one-to-one and above-the-line campaigns.
- Delivery of key above-the-line and below-the-line creative
- Working on a fast-pasted direct response marketing program
- Maximising creative performance through continuous test & learn
- Build long-term relationship by understanding and adapting to changing customer needs
- You will be tasked to find the simple solutions when things are complex or don't make sense.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Ensuring the successful production of content and creative assets within the squad and the creative outputs of partners including 3rd party creative agencies
- Developing copy for customer communications
- Maintain and drive relationships with third-party business partners
- Report, analyse and optimise marketing campaigns to drive clear outcome-based results
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance).

- Banking and financial industry
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Stakeholder management experience
- University graduate
- Agile delivery experience
