Spare Parts Interpreter - Darwin
We are looking for an appropriately skilled spare parts interpreter to join our growing spare parts operations supporting the road transport industry.
Working as part of a small team with a focus on customer service we supply road transport parts to the local and regional customer base.
This is a Darwin based role, and you must have the right to live and work in the Northern Territory to apply for this position.
Duties
· Interpretation of customer parts enquiries
· Accurate processing of customer orders
· Accurate processing of incoming orders if required
· Supplier engagement & ordering if required
· Ensuring timely customer deliveries
· Inventory stock control
· Assist with warehouse activities if required
· Assist with stock take as required
· Customer deliveries & pickups if required
· Other duties as requested by management
Requirements
· Previous experience in a road transport truck & trailer parts role preferred
· General mechanical knowledge and part identification experience
· Suitable computer skills and parts system technical skills
· Forklift license or high-risk work license is highly desirable
· Manual driver license essential
· Ability to understand customer needs & provide superior customer service outcomes
· Self-starter with good communication skills and a positive attitude
· Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously as required
· Desire to provide high quality customer service outcomes
· Detail focused
