Regional Executive Director - Big Rivers Region
About the role
Provide strategic leadership and management of health services throughout the Big Rivers Regional Healthcare Service. Report to Chief Executive Officer and oversee all operational, financial, and clinical aspects of regional healthcare delivery across multiple facilities and communities.
• Lead management of human, financial and physical resources
• Establish governance systems ensuring safe, efficient services
• Ensure compliance with service plans, directives and legislation
• Maintain best practice in safety and quality of care
• Develop community engagement and stakeholder relationships
Skills & Experience
• Senior management experience in healthcare services
• Strategic and analytical skills with ability to navigate complex environments
• Human and financial resource management expertise
• Leadership ability to create positive organizational culture
• Experience implementing clinical governance systems
• Knowledge of current health issues and reform initiatives
