BIG4 Howard Springs Holiday Park is part of the Hampshire Property Group, a family-owned company with a growing portfolio of holiday/tourist parks and residential land lease community villages across Australia.
Located in the tropical capital city of Darwin, NT, we are currently looking for casual Front Office Receptionist/Housekeeper to join our team. This role will require you to work across both areas will include general front office receptionist duties as well as the cleaning of tourist cabins, amenities, and common areas.
The successful applicant must possess;
- Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role
- Reservation System Experience e.g., RMS preferable, although training will be provided for the successful applicant.
- Customer Service Experience
- Hands on participation in the cleaning of all buildings and accommodation areas as directed by management.
- Be able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
- High level of communication and written skills
- Cash handling experience
- Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
- Have a willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
- Available to be rostered over a 7-day rotating roster including weekends (days/times will vary each week)
- Be available for an immediate start.
The rate of pay for this role is based on the Hospitality General Award.
