The Opportunity As the Electrical Metering Supervisor, you will supervise our team of metering technicians on our NT Power and Water contract. This hands-on role will provide leadership and support to our technicians in the field and involve training, auditing, and escalations to achieve zero harm, safe systems of work, quality, and performance objectives. The role will be based predominantly in Darwin and surrounding areas, including regional Northern Territory.

About You

• Current NT Electrical License
• Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with well-developed interpersonal and leadership capability
• Demonstrated experience supervising work crews and leading by example
• Current driver’s licence
• Ability to travel to support and audit technicians in all working areas (includes overnight stays in regional towns)
• Ensure that the environment is safe, and zero harm initiatives are implemented and followed by work crews
