4. Required skills and experiences

   • Hold qualification/ certificate II or III in hospitality

   • Must be able to learn and memorize quickly more than 100 recipes of drinks, raging from fruit tea, bubble tea drinks to smoothies and hot beverages and other toppings

   • Must be familiar to cooking equipment and Gong Cha ingredients then cooking and preparing different drinks and toppings every day

   • Be able and willing to follow and learn from our procedures and policies

   • Participating in staffs meetings and trainings

   • Receiving phone calls and online orders to organize sales

   • Need to able able to work well with other team members and independently

   • Greeting and serving clients in the best professional manner all the times
