What are we looking for?
Barossa Fine Foods is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team in a Permanent Full Time role within the Smallgoods factory, specifically in the Packing Area. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the production of high-quality smallgoods products. Ideal candidates should be hardworking, reliable, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
The successful applicants must possess the following attributes:
- Have a minimum year 10 high school education.
- Previous smallgoods manufacturing and/or food manufacturing experience.
- Must be effective in, and have the ability to follow, written/verbal communications.
- Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline.
- Ideally, have computing skills in basic Office type software plus an ability to comprehend data presented electronically.
- Ability to change and adapt to customer and business needs.
- Have experience in servicing and liaising with internal and/or external customer.
- Willingness to learn and train in food manufacturing industry for career advancement and development.
- Production and Food Manufacturing experience skills an advantage.
