The Opportunity
Tecside is proud to partner exclusively with GANAJI Contracting, a respected electrical and instrumentation services provider, to support the Pluto Train 2 expansion project in Karratha, WA. We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site electrical works and drive project success on this significant energy infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the on-site delivery of electrical construction activities in line with project scope, schedules, safety and quality standards.
- Supervise electrical supervisors, leading hands, and trades teams.
- Coordinates work and interfaces effectively with the client, supervisors, crew and leadership to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence.
- Champion safety across all electrical works, ensuring compliance with site and legislative requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, safety personnel, and client representatives to ensure compliance of construction with drawings and specifications.
- Manage daily reporting, workforce planning, and material readiness.
- Support testing, inspections, and commissioning preparation processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent on large-scale construction or industrial projects.
- WA Electrical Licence - Essential
- Electrical trade qualification and relevant engineering background.
- Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards and safety procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a FIFO or remote project environment.
- White Card, LVR/CPR
- Working at Heights
- Working in Confined Spaces
- Current driver's license.
- Unlimited Work Rights within Australia
