We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of a complex digital transformation program centered around Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Azure Platform. This role works in close partnership with the Tech Program Delivery Lead and the Engagement Partner and plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth program execution and stakeholder collaboration.
The role involves leading a team of delivery managers and stream leads, working closely with the Program/Project Manager to manage timelines, resource scheduling, and delivery governance. With the program currently in its design phase and planned to run over 12 months, you will be joining a well-established team of approximately 15 members.
Key Responsibilities-
Act as Program Delivery Lead, supporting the Program/Project Manager, especially in scheduling and cross-stream coordination.

Lead and coordinate a team of delivery managers and stream leads across Platform, Dynamics 365, Integration, Cybersecurity, and Testing.

Provide oversight and support for all delivery streams, ensuring milestones and deliverables are aligned with program objectives.

Collaborate with the Tech Program Delivery Lead and Engagement Partner to ensure successful program governance and execution.

Develop and maintain the program delivery roadmap, identifying key dependencies and risks.

Facilitate team performance and efficient resource allocation throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Ensure strong stakeholder communication and engagement across business and technical teams.

Promote Agile best practices and delivery frameworks suitable for complex, enterprise-scale programs.

Oversee compliance with relevant governance and regulatory standards.

Support the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Azure Platform components, including integrations and data migrations.

Proven experience in program or delivery leadership roles, ideally in enterprise environments or consultancy settings.

Strong track record of managing large-scale programs involving Dynamics 365 CE and Azure technologies.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate across multiple workstreams.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills at senior levels.

Excellent problem-solving and risk management capabilities.

Experience working in government or highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
