• Proven success in selling high-ticket items, ideally in furniture, homewares, or big-ticket items.
• Previous team leadership or management experience in a results-driven retail environment.
• A natural salesperson who thrives on achieving and exceeding targets.
• A strong communicator and motivator, capable of building an engaged and high-performing team.
• Immaculate presentation and professionalism, suited to a premium retail space.
• Ability to work Saturdays and enjoy time off during the week.
