Our client are a Tier 3 luxury boutique apartment builder based in Western Sydney, known for their quality delivery and strong relationships working with high end developers using top of the range finishes.
As they continue to grow, they're looking to appoint a Marketing Specialist who can elevate their brand, align messaging, and help win more work. This is a stand alone role, reporting directly to the Director and Senior Management.
This role is based in Sydney Olympic Park 5 days per week and is suited to those who have previous construction experience.
As the Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the custodian of the brand — ensuring their voice, look, and messaging are consistent and compelling across every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with the Director and Senior Management, supporting strategic goals and amplifying achievements to clients and the broader market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Awareness & Resonation: Develop and execute marketing strategies that reflect values, people, clients, and unique market position.
- Marketing Consistency: Standardise templates, submissions, and marketing rollouts to ensure a unified and professional image.
- Showcase Projects: Highlight work through case studies, social media, and thought leadership pieces.
- Grow Our Brand Guidelines: Evolve and maintain brand guidelines to support a strong and consistent identity across all channels.
- Social Media & Content: Manage social media platforms with engaging, relevant, and impactful content.
- Business Support: Collaborate with the Director and Senior Management to promote key business wins, tender outcomes, and future opportunities.
- Elevate Our Voice: Assist with high-level presentations, capability statements, and award submissions that resonate at the top tier.
About You:
- You have experience in a similar marketing role within the construction, architecture, or property industries.
- You’re both a strategist and a doer — confident in taking ownership of branding, content, and communications.
- You understand how to communicate to different audiences — from clients and consultants to site staff and executive teams.
- You thrive working closely with leadership and aren’t afraid to contribute to big-picture conversations.
