Job DescriptionAs our Digital Solutions Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of ELMO’s internal digital evolution. This is more than just a technical role - it's a strategic onewhere you will drive the transformation of how our internal teams work, enabling smarter, faster, and more secure digital experiences. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, effectively communicating the benefits of digital solutions, and fostering buy-in and adoption across the organisation.
- Digital Solutions Design & Implementation: Design, configure, and implement robust and scalable digital solutions aligned with ELMO’s standards and delivery timelines. Ensure user-focused solutions that meet the needs of internal teams.
- Automation & Integration: Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency through automation. Drive seamless integration across internal systems to streamline workflows.
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end internal digital transformation projects - including planning, stakeholder engagement, execution, testing, and delivery - ensuring outcomes that drive real value.
- System & Process Optimisation: Develop a deep understanding of ELMO’s internal systems, platforms, and key business processes to uncover improvement opportunities.
- Quality, Security & Documentation: Ensure all solutions adhere to ELMO’s information security and privacy standards, maintaining the integrity and reliability of digital implementations. Create and maintain thorough documentation of digital solutions, including capabilities, configurations, workflows, and integration points.
- Innovation & Research: Keep abreast of emerging digital tools and technologies, assessing their potential impact and applicability to our internal operations.
- Support & Collaboration: Provide expert-level support for internal users. Log, track, and resolve system-related queries efficiently, escalating complex issues when needed. Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to broader internal projects as needed.
- Ethical Leadership: Champion the responsible, ethical, and transparent use of data and digital tools throughout the business.
What we would like to see you bring to the team:
- Proven experience in implementing and integrating digital solutions, preferably within an in-house environment.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies and integration methodologies.
- Experience with Workato or similar integration platforms is highly preferred.
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and a knack for identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
- Solid grasp of technical concepts and system architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Undergraduate qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Systems) is preferred.
