About the role:

We are looking for experienced Support Workers who believe in second chances and are passionate about supporting clients to re-integrate back into the community. You will be providing 1:1 assistance in daily living skills in our newly established SIL accommodations within the western region.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 1+ years experience within the disability, community services or similar
  • Prefer applicants who have experience supporting clients with addiction/mental health
  • Demonstrated experience supporting challenging behaviours (highly valued)
  • Willingness to support clients with medications, community access, meal preparation, domestic chores and mealtime assistance.
  • Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar
  • Must be available during evening hours.

Mandatory Requirement -

  • Valid Victorian Driver’s License
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Manual Handling certificate
  • Medication Administration certificate
  • Victorian Working with Children’s Check
  • National Police Check (obtained within last 6 months)
