Travel Administration Consultant Part-Time
Location: Melbourne
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Super (FTE)
Hours: Approx. 3 days/week | 10am - 4pm (Flexible)

We're seeking a Part-Time Travel Admin Consultant to support one of the industry's top-tier luxury travel advisors.
About the Role:
This is an administration-focused role, perfect for someone who knows their way around Amadeus , and Tramada . You'll be the behind-the-scenes superstar, helping process complex, high-end bookings and keeping operations running smoothly.
✨ Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Processing and ticketing bookings using Amadeus and Tramada
- Managing documentation and travel itineraries
- Supporting a senior consultant with overflow admin tasks
- Liaising with suppliers and handling confirmations
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus GDS
- Experience using Tramada
- Proven background in travel administration or consulting
- Organised, detail-driven and reliable
- Available for approx. 3 days per week, ideally 10am-4pm (we're flexible!)
