What You’ll DoYour mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to help Sicona achieve its long-term objectives to deliver high performance battery materials at mass market scale, without costing the earth. Operate and monitor plant equipment with accuracy and consistency.Complete checklists, maintenance schedules and operational duties with precision.Reporting - write daily operational briefs to the EngineersIdentifying process faults using structured fault-finding techniquesHandling chemicals and waste safely like a pro, according to protocols.Work alongside the engineers and R&D to transfer processes from lab to production.Assist with technical documentation.Contribute to the continuous safety and improvement systems.Working with and coordinating contractors in the PlantManage chemical inventory and report to the Engineering team.Assist with raw material and final product inventory sample collectionsLive and breathe our safety-first culture—reporting hazards, near misses, and following WHS protocols, HAZOPs, and risk assessments. What You’ll Need to Succeed:A “figure-it-out”, solution driven mindset: fast, flexible, and focused under pressure.A team player attitude who can also take initiative independently.Adapts on the fly.
