Short Description: Looking for Active Directory L3 SME & Ops Lead-Onsite
Location : Brisbane, Australia
Salary range: AUD 150,742 - 171, 215 (Annual Gross)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Bottom-line responsibility of Infosys delivery
- Conducting various Governance
- Plan and track implementation of best practices on following
- Agile / DevOps adoption
- Productivity, maturity and quality improvements
- Value-added delivery
- Ensuring strategic initiatives at the subdomain level
- Driving offshoring
- Outcome based models
- Drive /participate/coordinate key meetings with stakeholders
- Escalation point of contact for the LoB delivery
- LoB level risk and issues management and liaise with Program Director
- Ensure Customer as well as Infosys health check requirements are met
- Resource and demand management
- Contract management
- Productivity and Quality initiatives
- Continuous improvement and innovation drive
ESSENTIAL
- Good knowledge of Active Directory landscape to be able to guide team.
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with 8+ years focused on Active Directory.
- In-depth knowledge of AD, ITSM, and ITIL.
- Leadership experience, with a proven track record.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (MCSE, MCSA, ITIL).
- Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure (AD DS 2019).
- Ensure AD security, compliance, and governance.
- Troubleshooting complex AD issues and recent hands-on experience
- Collaborate with teams for AD integration with other systems.
- Develop and maintain AD documentation.
- Strong knowledge MSA, GMSA and CMSA
- Experience in remediation / migration of DC
- In-depth knowledge of AD Tiering Model
- Hands-on experience in DNS management (Internal / External)
- GPO management
- Knowledge on Quest RMAD DRE and Change Auditor
- Hands-on experience in Domain Controller Patching
PREFERRED
- Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible).
- Experience with IT service management tools (ServiceNow).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
