With a strong presence across the Eastern Seaboard and servicing clients nationwide, this organization is renowned for delivering superior security solutions to a diverse range of clients.
About the Role In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving new business development, building and maintaining relationships, and managing the end-to-end process of bids, tenders, and estimates. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will:

• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities across commercial, construction, and government sectors.
• Work towards achieving budgeted revenue and activity targets.
• Utilize Simpro software for estimates and project management.
• Communicate progress and insights effectively with the team.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and create tailored security solutions.

About You To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in business development within the security or related industry.
• Strong expertise in preparing and submitting tenders, bids, and estimates.
• An active QLD Security License .
• Proficiency with Simpro or similar platforms.
• A results-driven mindset, with the ability to work autonomously.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
