Support Aboriginal Families to Leave Violence Safely

  1. $85,000 – $102,000 + Super + $15,899 salary packaging
  2. Multiple roles – Full-time, Part-time & Casual
  3. Based in Darwin, Katherine or Nhulunbuy

The Role

Join our Leaving Violence Program delivering short-term , trauma-informed case management for Aboriginal clients experiencing violence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct safety and risk assessments
  2. Help clients build and follow safety plans
  3. Connect clients with legal, financial, and social supports
  4. Work closely with NAAFLS legal and casework teams
  5. Participate in community visits and file reviews

About You

You must identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander (per Sec 8(1), RDA 1975).

Requirements: NT Driver’s Licence, Ochre Card, and a clear Criminal History Check.
