CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a proactive and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join a well-established warehouse operation based in Winnellie, NT .
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Carry out manual handling tasks such as lifting, loading/unloading stock, and assisting customers with heavier items – manual lifting is a core component of this role.
• Maintain accurate stock records through regular stocktakes, rotation, and inventory monitoring.
• Lead and support a small warehouse team, maintaining an organised, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Coordinate deliveries and communicate with transport providers to ensure smooth logistics.
• Uphold workplace health and safety standards, including regular equipment checks and safe lifting practices.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or storeperson role.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 30kg regularly throughout the day (approx. 80% of the role).
• Comfortable assisting customers with loading goods and working in a hands-on capacity.
• Current Forklift Licence, HR Licence, and Driver’s Licence (all essential).
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory processes.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a safety-first mindset.
• Positive communicator with a team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
