About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Darwin team as a Customer Service Representative on a full time basis. As the first point of contact for our customers, your role is varied and a critical support to the rest of the team.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage all phone and email enquiries from both new and existing customers.
- Process customer purchase orders into the system
- Respond to customer queries, concerns or problems effectively, escalating appropriately when required.
- Provide guidance and support for customers navigating online ordering including password resets.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to find solutions for customers - this might be around stock, deliveries, pricing queries, urgent next day deliveries, item substitutes etc.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Previous customer service experience is a MUST
- Well organised and self-disciplined to manage your workload
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with customers
- Enthusiastic and motivated team player
