THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail Team Member based in Busselton for a motivated and career orientated professional to learn all facets of the business. Working across Trade Sales, Design and Customer Pick Up. This position involves working as part of our collaborative store team - reporting to the Store Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Assisting customers to find innovative design solutions and preparing project quotations
- Maintaining store stock levels and general housekeeping
- Assisting with loading customer orders
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment
ABOUT YOU
- Proven ability to provide retail solutions
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous experience within a retail and /or building industry preferred
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A team player that has a passion for retail sales!
