Description:
Graduate Manufacturing Engineer role in Sydney focusing on implementing manufacturing processes and collaborating with product development.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, facilities, and documentation to meet production volumes.
- Resolving technical issues and adhering to OH&S guidelines.
- Collaborating with Product Development to ensure manufacturable products.
- Introducing and maintaining production procedures and providing training on new equipment and processes.
- Completing process validation activities and documentation.
- Identifying and implementing quality and efficiency measures, including GMP and Six-Sigma LEAN improvements.
- Building productive internal and external working relationships.
- Occasionally leading project teams and training junior staff.
