GTM ANZ Team
Our mission is to provide identity intelligence and fraud solutions on a global scale. Australia and New Zealand are central in the group's overall expansion plans and presents GBG with a significant opportunity to address both existing and new clients' business objectives in the areas of customer onboarding and risk management. Importantly we consistently put the customer first and by doing so we focus on providing high quality customer service; this delivers improvements to the customer's journey, which will generate enhanced profitability.
The role
This is a senior position responsible for delivering on a new area of development for GBG that requires strong relationship-building skills, business acumen, and strategic thinking. You will play a key role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that enhance GBG's product offerings, expand market reach, and drive business growth. You will work closely with internal and external partners to understand how the GBG ecosystem strategy supports and powers the wider strategy, and the GBG strengths that underpin the ecosystem offering to customers and partners.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the business goals of GBG
- Manage our most strategically important partnership opportunities in the region, both existing and new, and own executive level relationships.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners, including technology providers, professional service firms, and other relevant organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, pre-sales and legal, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of partnership initiatives, especially and starting with existing key partnerships.
- Monitor, analyse and drive the performance of partnerships, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and proactively present recommendations to HoS and SLT.
- Build, nurture and lead a world class team and ensure they are set up for success internally and with external stakeholders
- Experience in successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships, alliances or channel sales, ideally in B2B tech, SaaS/Software or financial services.
- Track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills - to navigate complex commercial discussions to ensure the best outcome for GBG.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, to communicate strategy, project expectations and progress effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
