Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to innovative projects in Dams Engineering.
- Collaborating with industry experts and visiting project sites.
- Participating in a structured 2-year development program with leadership and project management training.

About You
Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Currently in the final year of Civil Engineering studies or recently graduated (within 24 months).
- Available to start in early 2026 and commit to a two-year program.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Interest in water, geosciences, and civil engineering.
- Willingness to engage in water supply, irrigation, and hydropower industries.
