Salary depending on experience upto $90,000 + Super + Commission + Car Allowance
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Commercial Sales Consultant to join their team in Perth. This role is all about driving sales within the Commercial A&D market, building strong relationships with architects, designers, and key stakeholders, and delivering high-end solutions to clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Business Development – Identify and nurture project leads, guiding them through each stage of the sales process.
• Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key commercial accounts, providing exceptional service and strategic sales support.
• Project Procurement & Delivery – Collaborate with sales support and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and client satisfaction.
• Product Expertise – Develop in-depth knowledge of our client’s brand portfolio, staying ahead of industry trends and new product innovations.
• Market Engagement – Stay informed on industry movements, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the commercial space.
Who We’re Looking For:
• A&D Industry Experience – A strong network within the Perth architecture and design community, with established relationships in the commercial sector.
• Proven Sales Success – At least three years of experience in commercial sales within the design industry, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Commercial Project Knowledge – A solid understanding of the procurement process, specifications, and project timelines within the commercial space.
• Engaging & Relationship-Driven – Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
• Passionate About Design – A keen interest in interiors, furniture, and architecture, with a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Current WA Driver’s Licence – Essential for client visits and industry engagements.
