About the role:

• Advising contractors, subcontractors, asset owners and developer clients.
• Drafting and negotiating a range of construction and infrastructure agreements across sectors such as commercial, retail, industrial and mining .
• Supporting litigation matters related to payment claims, defects, and security disputes .

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer with 3-5 years’ PQE , with excellent knowledge of construction obligations for major development projects.
• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by excellent academic records.
• Has a commercial approach, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work well under pressure within a collegiate team.
