Who You Are

You’re a real estate professional with some experience under your belt, ready to break through to the next level of earning potential—without getting bogged down by paperwork. You’re a people person: socially motivated, able to read the room and match your clients’ energy. When someone’s on “ten,” you can match their enthusiasm, but you also know when to dial it back to make clients feel comfortable. You love real estate, you love people, and you’re excited to learn the business development side—but haven’t quite nailed that piece yet. Sound like you? What You’ll Do

As our Showing Partner, you’ll be front and center in matching our buyers with their dream homes, hosting lively open houses, and making “pop-bys” to share goodies and helpful info in our farm area. At the same time, you’ll get plenty of opportunities to develop and grow your own real estate business—because we all succeed together!

Responsibilities

  1. Guide Buyers on Tours:
    Schedule and host showings, especially in the evenings and on weekends
    Unearth the perfect properties that match our clients’ criteria
    Make clients feel supported with your warm, proactive approach
  2. Throw Epic Open Houses:
    Turn open houses into exciting events that draw in a crowd of qualified buyers
    Represent The Boardwalk Group with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine care
    Collect and organize lead information to help convert new contacts into happy homeowners
  3. Pop-Bys & Community Connection:
    Deliver goodies and important information to properties in our farm area
    Engage with the local community to build rapport, maintain relationships, and keep our name top of mind
    Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanor that reflects our team’s spirit
  4. Be a Client Champion:
    Quickly respond to buyer inquiries, addressing questions and sharing new listings
    Work closely with our buyer’s agents to guarantee a smooth and positive experience
    Keep the process fun (yes, even when it involves paperwork!) by staying patient and solution-oriented
    Use open houses to grow your own client pipeline, with mentorship from our experienced agents
    Follow up on incoming leads to cultivate meaningful connections
    Team up with colleagues to turn inquiries into active, satisfied buyers
    Share market insights, showing feedback, and creative ideas at team meetings
    Embody our values of positivity, enthusiasm, and top-tier customer service
    Soak up knowledge from our seasoned real estate professionals and let your own talent shine

What You Bring

  1. Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one)
  2. Flexible Availability to accommodate showings in the evenings and weekends
  3. A Positive, Approachable Personality to make clients feel at ease
  4. Strong Communication & Organizational Skills for juggling multiple tasks and schedules
  5. A Desire to Learn & Grow in a fast-paced, booming real estate environment
