About the Role:
This role is within our Landscaping team.

• Staff/Labour Management including overseeing flights and accommodation booking, also roster management
• Strong people management skills with ability to manage and mentor crews across a range of cultures
• Understanding and meeting work schedule expectations within the Contract
• Ensuring work is completed to Contract specification and deadlines are consistently met
• Ensuring resources are used effectively, efficiently, and safely
• Liaise effectively with client representatives on a daily and weekly basis
• Reporting & Asset Management

Key Criteria:

• At least 5 years’ experience within landscaping/horticulture environment with at least 2 years supervisory experience
• Proven supervisory experience managing crews up to 5 people
• Must have Statutory Supervisor certificate (Section 26 – minimum)
• Must have C Class WA driver's licence and senior first-aid certificate
• Strong knowledge of landscaping, grounds maintenance and weed spraying
• Broad knowledge of HR/IR requirements relating to FairWork as well as OH&S generally
• Willingness to complete national police check and pre-employment medical prior to employment
• FMG (Highly desirable)

On Offer:

• Full time permanent opportunity
• FIFO 8:6 roster (Thursday to Thursday)
• Day shift only
• 12 hour days including travel to and from site.
