Head of People @ Eleven X Group | Leadership Coach | Strategic HR | Growth EnthusiastWe’re Hiring: People and Culture Partner
Take ownership of the employee experience across one of our dynamic business units!
About Us:
We’re not your typical workplace — and we’re not looking for a typical HR professional. We are enthusiastic, driven and growing....fast!
We are the ElevenX Group, a management company that supports 6 different brands of varying industries. Our group provides high level management services through a centralised leadership team, creating unity while celebrating the uniqueness of each brand. With continued growth across Australia and overseas, we’re reshaping our People and Culture function to offer tailored, high-impact support within each business unit.
That’s where you come in.
The Opportunity:
As our new People and Culture Partner, you’ll take the lead on all things people-related for one of our business units — from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, development, and retention.
You’ll work closely with your specific brand GM, leaders and broader team to drive high performance and foster a culture that people are proud to be part of. You will report directly to the Head of People and Culture who will mentor you to succeed and grow in your career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partnering with leaders to plan, attract and retain top talent
- Owning end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Driving engagement and culture initiatives tailored to your business unit
- Providing coaching and guidance to managers on performance, development and team dynamics
- Improving processes and systems to enhance the employee experience
- Collaborating with the wider People and Culture team to share insights, align on strategy and elevate impact across the group
What You’ll Bring:
- Solid experience in both recruitment and generalist HR (ideally in a fast-paced, evolving environment)
- Confidence in working independently while staying connected to a bigger team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for people and performance
- The ability to juggle competing priorities while keeping quality and care at the centre
- A can do approach where nothing is ever a problem (just a great opportunity)
Why You’ll Love It Here:
- A values-led culture where high performance and heart go hand in hand
- A supportive, high-energy People and Culture team
- Genuine career progression in a growing group
- The chance to make a real impact — and be trusted to do so
- Commission structure following probation (we are in charge of reward and recognition, of course we get lots of perks!!).
- We’d love to hear from you BUT please don't submit a generic cover letter. We want people who go above and beyond and consider themselves high performers. Submit your resume and a short cover letter telling us why you’re excited about this role — and what makes you thrive in a people-first environment. Bonus points for addressing it to Megan Jack, Head of People and Culture. Extra bonus points for reaching out on Linkedin to say hello.
