We’re hiring a Head of Enterprise Sales, Mid-Market & Partnerships—a senior commercial leader who will drive new growth across enterprise, outbound mid-market and partnerships.
About the Role
LegalVision’s retainer solution supports busy in-house legal teams at scale. As Head of Enterprise, you’ll lead our go-to-market strategy, manage a high-performing team, and close complex sales cycles with C-suite leaders across mid-market and enterprise clients.
You’ll also own outbound sales and partnerships strategy, expanding our network of referral partners (VCs, accounting firms, brokers, associations and platforms) and unlocking new lead sources through campaigns, events and outreach. You’ll be supported by a Partnerships Manager, outbound BDR team, and the inbound sales function.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Own and execute the enterprise, mid-market and partnerships sales plan
- Enterprise Sales: Lead and close deals with in-house lawyers and C-level decision-makers
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of AEs and BDRs
- Outbound Growth: Drive campaigns and cold outreach to mid-market targets
- Partnerships: Scale existing channels and develop new referral relationships
- Business Development: Represent LegalVision at events and generate referrals
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Legal, Growth, and Marketing
- Reporting: Use CRM and analytics to inform decisions and refine strategies
About You
- 7+ years in enterprise sales, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven record closing long-cycle, complex B2B deals
- Experience with legal services, SaaS or professional services preferred
- Skilled at building partner programs and outbound campaigns
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders and navigating enterprise organisations
- Data-driven, commercially sharp and process-oriented
