Are you f riendly, fun and passionate about swimming? We have an opening for a Squad Coach - Swim Instructor to join the team and work a state-of-the-art, 5 Star pool environment!
About the Role:
You will be joining a Team who teach all ages. Typically the role will include the following key responsibilities:
- Ability to deliver quality, innovative and inclusive programs
- Provide quality coaching to all age groups and abilities
- Ability to coach a range of swimmers at a Stroke Correction, Development Squad and Junior Squad level
- In-depth swimming coaching and teaching knowledge
- Demonstated ability in liaising and maintaining working relationships with parents of children
About You:
You will be self motivated, enthusiastic and positive. You love working with children and assisting people from all ages in their learning to swim journey. You're patient, fun and passionate about health + fitness and want to make a real difference.
- AUSTSWIM qualifications or equivalent
- Working with Children check
- Senior First Aid
- Resuscitation Certificate

- Flexible hours and days are required for this role
- Proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required
- All Next Gen employees require a valid working with children clearance before commencing
