About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers leave with smiles on their faces and experiences worth talking about.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Advocacy : Provide personalised recommendations and product support to keep customers coming back—and referring to their friends.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with teammates to achieve store goals, maintain inventory, and execute promotions seamlessly.
  • Inventory Management : Assist with stock accountability, and ensuring the store meets glamaCo’s high standards.
  • Dynamic Environment : Thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment while maintaining top-tier customer service.
Employment Details
  • Roles Available: Permanent part-time or full-time positions, inclusive of leave and other entitlements.
  • Trading Hours:
    • Monday to Saturday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Shift Options :
    • Full-Time: Wednesday to Saturday (+ one Tuesday per four-week cycle) for a total of 152 hours per 4-week cycle.
    • Part-Time: Sunday to Tuesday for a total of 94 hours per 4-week cycle.
  • Remuneration:
    • Junior candidates (15–21) are paid in line with award provisions.
    • Senior rates for juniors are available based on performance-based promotions rather than age.

  • Location:
    • Opportunities are available across multiple glamaCo store locations.

What Happens Next?
