We're Hiring!
We're looking for passionate professionals to join our growing team.
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider workshop team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs.
Collision industry experience desirable, but not essential.
Permanent position, Monday to Friday - no weekends!
Role responsibilities
- Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
- Greeting customers on arrival.
- Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
- Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience
- Telephone and email correspondence
- Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs
