Description:
Security Clearance Required for this role:
- Must have a Current NV1 security clearance.
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- This will be an Office based role in Canberra.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather Requirements: Engage with stakeholders to capture business needs and document detailed requirements for the system.
- Process Analysis: Analyze and map current and future business processes to streamline operations and ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate on Solutions: Work closely with technical teams to develop user stories, functional specifications, and ensure solutions align with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
- Support Testing: Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify risks, support change management efforts, and assist with training initiatives as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst in ICT systems or government projects.
- Proficiency in business process modeling and tools (e.g., Visio).
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, .NET platforms, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in building control, infrastructure, or cloud migration projects.
