About Us: At SOS, we are dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the early childhood education sector. We embrace an Inclusive Employment Philosophy, recognising the valuable contributions that individuals with diverse backgrounds can bring to our team. Our commitment is to provide long-term support for every educator, ensuring their success and creating an environment where all children can thrive, regardless of their background.

We actively collaborate with communities to better understand their needs and contribute to initiatives that enhance educational opportunities for all. By prioritising socially aware educators, we ensure that the children we work with receive the respect, understanding, and support they deserve.

What We Offer:

  • Travel Bonus: We offer travel bonuses to make commuting easier for our educators.
  • Employee of the Month: Recognising and celebrating the outstanding contributions of our team members.
  • Staff Excellence Program: Ongoing support, training, and recognition to encourage staff development and retention.
  • Induction Program: Our comprehensive SOS Educator Induction Program includes centre-specific policies, programs, and a First Day Checklist to ensure you start confidently.
  • Training Opportunities: We offer free fortnightly training workshops across all areas of education and care to help expand your skills and knowledge.
  • Nationwide Opportunities: Whether you're in a bustling city or a rural area, we have opportunities for you to make a difference.

Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and socially aware early childhood educators at all qualification levels (Certificate III, Diploma, and Bachelor) to join our team across the country. Whether you're looking for a full-time role or prefer casual childcare jobs, we welcome applications from educators who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children.

Your Role:

  • Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels respected and valued.
  • Engage with parents and guardians to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and centre leadership to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.

Why Work With Us: At SOS, we provide a supportive and inclusive workplace that encourages personal and professional growth. From our induction program to ongoing training and development opportunities, we’re committed to ensuring that our educators succeed.

If you're ready to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children and work in an environment that values diversity and excellence, we’d love to hear from you!
