Join our rebel Preston team, located on a homemaker center on Bell Street in the northern Vic suburbs. The is a small store that would suit and an existing SM who is hands on in the CSM and IM duties. The team are highly capable and have a strong work ethic and positive work culture. - You are an experienced retail people leader with the confidence to manage a team, ready to take the next step in your retail career
- You have the ability and motivation to mentor, inspire and uplift the team
- Your communication skills and your open, friendly nature ensure both customers and team members can approach you with ease
- You bring a detailed understanding of and drive to achieve sales targets, KPI’s and budgets for a large store
- You are focused on zero harm and understand the safety of our customers and team is top priority
