About The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team at the Dandenong South office. In this key role, you’ll provide exceptional service to our trade customers and support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, confident in building strong relationships with both customers and internal teams, and bring a high level of attention to detail along with a positive, can-do attitude.
Duties include:
• Prepare picking and packing reports for the warehouse and production teams
• Serve trade customers by processing sales orders, raising invoices, and handling stock enquiries
• Schedule outgoing freight using internal and external freight providers
• Respond to incoming phone and email enquiries
• Process payments (cash, EFTPOS, credit card)
• Provide general administrative support as required
What You’ll Need:
• Prior experience in building materials, warehouse logistics, or trade supply
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with sales and dispatch systems highly regarded
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
