As our Chief Operating Officer (COO) , you’ll be the Integrator — turning vision into results by bringing structure, rhythm, and operational excellence to a fast-growing, ever-evolving business.
You’ll lead and align cross-functional teams, build strong systems and accountability, and ensure the machine runs smoothly from 1 to 100.
You will be playing a central role in embedding operational excellence, improving predictability across the business, and ensuring alignment between strategic goals and day-to-day execution.
Partnering with the CEO, who is focused on Vision, Innovation, and Growth. Together, you'll scale a business that is not only high-performing but also deeply rooted in values, creativity, and culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership- Build scalable systems, SOPs, and dashboards that drive consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Lead daily business operations across marketing, inventory, finance, product, and customer experience.
- Optimize supply chain, vendor relationships, and fulfillment logistics to support growth and profitability.
- Ensure cross-departmental alignment and execution of business priorities.
- Translate the company vision and strategic goals into quarterly plans and actionable roadmaps.
- Prioritize and manage complex initiatives, ensuring high-impact projects are delivered on time.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute company OKRs.
- Lead, coach, and hold department managers accountable for performance and operational KPIs.
- Foster a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement across all functions.
- Implement effective team rhythms, reporting structures, and review cadences.
- Deep expertise in systems , structure , budgeting , and resource planning .
- Natural at cross-functional alignment — you speak marketing, ops, product, and finance.
- A strong sense of managerial courage — clear, direct, and kind in holding people accountable.
- Relentless in execution — tracking KPIs, removing blockers, and keeping focus.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain , operations , eCommerce , or DTC businesses .
- Proven success managing across core business functions — Inventory Finance Product Marketing Operations — with a deep understanding of how they interconnect and impact each other.
- Must have experience in fast stockturn eCommerce environments, where speed, margin, and execution velocity are critical.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen; experienced with dashboards, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Skilled in project management and change management, especially in scaling teams and processes.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills — comfortable holding senior stakeholders accountable while fostering collaboration and performance.
