About the Role:

Are you an experienced and confident Support Worker with a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and complex needs? At Aruma, we are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Home & Living Team as Human Rights warriors.

In this role, you will advocate for the rights, dignity, and equality of adults, young people, and children, ensuring they receive tailored support that respects their unique needs and goals. Your experience in managing complex behaviours will be essential as you implement and review personalised support plans that align with everyone’s aspirations. Building strong relationships with clients, their families, and stakeholders will be a key part of your work, promoting inclusion and self-determination for those you support.
