About your new employer:

About the role:
- Liaise and negotiate with Local Health Districts, hospitals and the Ministry of Health.
- Provide advice on workplace and medico-legal matters , such as provision of contract advice, privacy and investigations and disciplinary matters.
- Review, negotiate and draft contracts.
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years’ PQE in Medico-Legal, Health, Employment, or Government Advisory.
- A background from private practice, in-house, or a similar government legal role.
- Experience in advising statutory investigations or disciplinary claims.
- Confident working independently and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
