Your opportunity:
Our Digital & Information Group is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for proactive Business Support Coordinator to join our team.
Digital & Information is responsible for digitally enabling Urban Utilities today while transforming our future capabilities to enhance digital services for our customers, community, and people. We drive Urban Utilities’ digital & data strategy, oversee the digital portfolio, and manage IT, OT, data, IoT, security, infrastructure, system administration, network operations, and support services.
Reporting to the Chief Digital and Information Officer, the purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of pro-active administrative, secretarial, project and executive support to enable the efficient and effective operation of Digital and Information Senior Leadership team (SLT).
Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional admin support to the SLT, their direct reports, and wider team.

Manage and coordinate workflow, priorities, and communication for senior leaders to support business objectives.

Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including vendor liaison for cost-effective outcomes.

Prepare accurate, high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Use initiative to manage correspondence and respond to requests, applying strong knowledge of business goals and operations.

Extensive administration experience with demonstrated competence in similar roles.
