The Role:
As the Assistant Manager in our Front Office, you will support our dynamic Front Office Manager to inspire and develop a high performing team, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our valued guests. You will lead with energy and efficiency, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous growth.
With strong business acumen, you will excel in rostering, productivity and optimisation performance. Your genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience - you will naturally set the tone, fostering an atmosphere where both our guests and team members thrive.

- Previous experience in hotel front office operations and leadership
- A strong ability to inspire and develop the team, fostering a positive and future focused culture
- Proficiency in Hotel IT systems and a solid understanding of hotel operations
- Proven ability to handle service recovery with professionalism and care
- Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster
- Fantastic time management and organisational skills.
