Daifuku Oceania is a global leader in automation. We have an opportunity for an System Technician (Maintenance) can form an integral part of our automation maintenance team at Hobart Airport.

The Team
Being part of our Daifuku team, you will be receiving an all inclusive hourly rate of $48 per hour.
Typical Responsibilities include
- Participate in the effective and efficient operation, maintenance and repair of all Baggage Handling System equipment.
- Follow maintenance plans to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting malfunctions, faults, jams and breakdowns and performing the necessary repairs to restore full functionality.
Your qualifications and experience will include:
- Mechanical Trade qualifications
- Experience in maintenance of equipment, including automated systems, such as conveyor or material handling systems.
- A valid Electrical License
- Electrical trade qualification
- Post Trade Certificate in Hydraulics, PLC or engineering field
- Experience with PLC fault-finding
- Experience working through preventative maintenance schedules
- Requirement for a current and clear driver's license.
