The role is accountable for driving the implementation of government priorities and departmental strategies, ensuring the effective and culturally responsive delivery of services and programs across diverse communities. The Director leads multidisciplinary teams to achieve integrated outcomes, optimises regional performance within complex and resource-constrained environments, and fosters strong partnerships with stakeholders to support sustainable and inclusive regional development.
