The Role
This is your chance to shape the foundation of our Talent function as our first Talent hire. With plans to hire 50+ people across all departments in the next 9 months, this role will have a huge impact on our trajectory.
You’ll take ownership of hiring globally, recruiting across Sydney and San Francisco, and shaping our talent brand and intelligence strategies. This high-ownership role reports directly to our Global Head of People, who is dedicated to empowering you as a strategic partner to the business and delivering a world-class candidate experience.
Your impact
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and attracting top global talent.
Recruit across a range of roles and teams, including technical, operational, and customer-facing positions.
Elevate our employer brand, positioning Relevance AI as a destination for the world’s best talent.
Leverage talent intelligence to inform hiring strategies and continuously improve processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment support across all levels and departments.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of in-house recruitment experience in a high-growth global tech or start-up environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple roles across diverse functions and geographies.
Interest in creating talent brand content and eagerness to develop these skills further.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for hiring strategies and optimise our talent tech stack.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities evolve.
Global recruitment experience or familiarity with hiring across regions like Sydney and San Francisco.
