The Deputy Director at the Art Gallery of South Australia (AGSA) offers executive leadership and management, playing a vital role in achieving AGSA's strategic objectives and contributing to government and sector-wide goals. This position involves leading organisational culture, managing resources, and developing and implementing strategies to enhance AGSA's financial viability and its state and national brand reputation. Additionally, the role is responsible for creating and executing long-term strategies for growth, sustainability, and audience engagement.
Special Conditions- The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
- The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
- Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
- Some interstate travel involving overnight absences will be required.
- This role requires a National Criminal History check.
